Forgot your password? No worries, it's easy to recover. We'll send a verification code to your email so you can create a new one.
Steps to recover your password
Open the app
Open KUENTAS and go to the login screen.
Tap "Forgot my password"
Look for the link below the password field.
Enter your email
Type the email you used to sign up for KUENTAS.
Check your email
We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your email.
Enter the 6-digit code
Type the code you received in your email on the verification screen.
Create a new password
Choose a new password with at least 8 characters.
Log in
Use your new password to sign in to the app.
Not receiving the email
If you're not getting the email with the code:
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Wait a few minutes — it can sometimes take a bit
- Make sure you typed your email correctly
- Try requesting another recovery code
The verification code expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't use it in time, request a new one.
I don't remember my email
If you don't remember which email you signed up with:
- Try the emails you usually use
- Search your inbox for emails from KUENTAS

- Your full name
- The emails you tried
- Name of a trip you have (if you remember)
