Forgot your password? No worries, it's easy to recover. We'll send a verification code to your email so you can create a new one.
Steps to recover your password
Open the app
Open KUENTAS and go to the login screen.
Tap "Forgot my password"
Look for the link below the password field.
Enter your email
Type the email you used to register with KUENTAS.
Check your email
We'll send a 6-digit verification code to your email.
Enter the 6-digit code
Type the code you received in your email on the verification screen.
Create a new password
Choose a new password with at least 8 characters.
Log in
Use your new password to get into the app.
I'm not receiving the email
If the email with the code isn't arriving:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Wait a few minutes, it sometimes takes a while
- Make sure you typed your email correctly
- Try requesting another code
The verification code expires after 1 hour for security. If you don't use it in time, just request a new one.
I don't remember my email
If you don't remember which email you signed up with:
- Try the email addresses you normally use
- Search your inbox for emails from KUENTAS
Need more help
If you can't recover your account by any means, contact us at hola@kuentasapp.com with:
- Your full name
- The email addresses you tried
- The name of a trip you have (if you remember it)
