What's in the PDF?
Trip summary
Name, dates, participants and countries visited
Expense list
All expenses sorted by date with full details
Final balances
Who owes whom and how much

Photos of tickets and invoices attached to expenses
How to export
Open your trip
Open the trip you want to export.
Open the menu
Tap the three dots or "More options".
Select "Export PDF"
Find the "Export to PDF" option.
Configure options
Choose what to include: receipts, charts, category breakdown, etc.
Generate and share
Tap "Generate". You can save the file or share it directly.
Export options
You can customize what to include in the PDF:
- Include receipts: Adds the photos attached to expenses
- Category breakdown: Shows totals by expense type
- Charts: Includes visual charts of expenses
- Per-person breakdown: Shows what each participant spent
- Payment history: Lists payments recorded between participants
If the PDF is for a work expense report, include the receipts so you have backup for every expense.
Share the PDF
Once it's generated you can:
- Save it to your phone
- Send it by email
- Share it on WhatsApp
- Upload it to Drive, Dropbox, etc.
The PDF can take a few seconds to generate, especially if there are lots of expenses or receipts.
