The itinerary lets you organize all your trip activities in one place. Add flights, hotel reservations, tours, restaurants, and any important event so you've got everything covered.

Add an event
Open the itinerary
From the trip, tap the Itinerary icon in the tools menu.
Tap the + button
Press the button to add a new event.
Fill in the details
Add a title, date, time, location, and any important notes.
Save the event
Tap Save and the event will appear in your timeline.
Itinerary views
You can view your itinerary in different ways:
- Timeline: Chronological view of all events
- By day: Events grouped by date
- Upcoming: Only the events coming up
Add the address or location for each event so you can open it directly in Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Reminders
The itinerary helps you not forget anything important:
- Check today's events in the Daily Digest
- Quickly see what's next on your trip
- Share the itinerary with all participants
All trip participants can view and add events to the itinerary. Changes sync automatically.
