Canceling your Premium subscription is a simple process done directly through your phone's app store. KUENTAS doesn't handle cancellations directly.
Cancel on iPhone
Open Settings
Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name
At the very top you'll see your name and Apple ID. Tap it.
Go to Subscriptions
Tap "Subscriptions".
Select KUENTAS
Find KUENTAS in the list of active subscriptions.
Cancel
Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
Cancel on Android
Open Google Play
Open the Google Play Store app.
Tap your profile
Tap your profile photo in the top right.
Go to Payments & subscriptions
Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
Select KUENTAS
Find KUENTAS in the list.
Cancel
Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions.
What happens when you cancel?
When you cancel, you keep access to all Premium features until the period you already paid for ends. You won't be charged again after that date.
Your data stays
Trips, expenses and photos aren't deleted
Premium features get locked
After it expires, you won't be able to use AI, voice, etc.
Resubscribe
If you change your mind, you can subscribe again any time from the app profile. You won't lose any data.
