Push notifications keep you in the loop on what's happening in your trips: new expenses, payments made, reminders and more. Set them up to your liking.

Enable notifications

System permission

When you first open the app, accept the notifications permission.

Go to your profile

Tap "Profile" in the menu.

Find "Notifications"

In the "Settings" section, tap "Notifications" to turn push notifications on or off.

Toggle on/off

Notifications are toggled all at once. Choosing individual types isn't available right now.

Device settings

If you're not receiving notifications, check your phone settings:

iPhone:

  1. Settings > Notifications > KUENTAS
  2. Turn on "Allow Notifications"
  3. Choose how you want to see them (banner, sound, etc.)

Android:

  1. Settings > Apps > KUENTAS > Notifications
  2. Turn on "Show notifications"
  3. Make sure it's not in "Battery saver" mode
Tip

If you traveled and changed your number or device, log in again so notifications get registered on the new phone.

Mute temporarily

If you don't want notifications for a while:

  • Use your phone's "Do Not Disturb" mode
  • Turn off specific notifications in the app
  • Notifications will be saved for you to check later
Notification history

You can see all received notifications in the notifications section of the app, even ones you've already read.
