Logging out disconnects your account from the device. It's useful if you share your phone, want to switch accounts or just prefer not to stay logged in.
How to log out

Go to your profile
Tap "Profile" in the menu.

Scroll to "Account"
In your profile, scroll down to the "Account" section.

Tap "Log out"
Tap "Log out" in the Account section.

Confirm
Tap "Log out" in the confirmation message.
What happens when you log out?
Your data is saved
Trips, expenses and photos stay safe in the cloud
This device only
You're only logging out on this phone
You won't lose anything
Logging out doesn't delete your data. When you log back in, everything will be just as you left it.
Switch accounts
If you want to use a different KUENTAS account:
- Log out of the current account
- Log in with the other account
Tip
You normally don't need to log out every time you finish using the app. Your session stays active securely.
For security
It's a good idea to log out if:
- You're going to lend your phone to someone
- You're selling or giving away your phone
- You suspect someone accessed your account
- You're using a shared device
